Proton-Electrotex JSC, a leading Russian developer and manufacturer of power semiconductor devices, announces the expansion of its product line: MIRA series IGBT modules have now gone on sale.
The new modules embody advanced technologies and strict quality control at all stages of production. Proton-Electrotex JSC's products comply with international standards, as confirmed by certificates of conformity and the results of multi-stage testing.
The MIRA series includes devices with a voltage of 1200V and a current of 50A to 150A.

MIRA series IGBT modules with a 17mm housing height feature a copper base, improved thermal cycle resistance, and a built-in temperature sensor. The device configuration includes an inverter, rectifier bridge, and chopper, significantly reducing overall dimensions and simplifying installation.
IGBT modules in the MIRA package are designed for use in a wide range of equipment and systems, including frequency converters for AC drives and power supplies.
With their balanced characteristics and high reliability, MIRA modules allow developers to create energy-efficient and compact solutions that meet modern market demands.
