Dear visitors of our web site! In section "Information/Articles" "New high-voltage power thyristor with built-in protective elements in the semiconductor structure in case of emergency mode" article was added.
The important trend towards improving the design of power thyristor, which allows to increase their reliability, is employment of self-protective elements. They are integrated into the silicone structure of thyristor semiconductor what eliminates breakdown in case of unauthorized operating mode.
