Dear visitors of our web site!
In section "Information/Articles" "Technology of Proton Irradiation and Possibilities of Applying It for Performance Improvement of Power Thyristors and Diodes" article was added. Some aspects of technology based on irradiation of silicon elements by accelerated protons are being described there. This is a work of specialists from Proton-Electrotex JSC and Institute of theoretical and practical physics (Moscow).
