Unified outer box made of 5-layer high-quality cellulose cardboard has been designed for packing of products. New packaging meets the exacting requirements for transportation:
- it is easy and comfortable to carry the box thanks to hand-holds,
- convenient and reliable lockers at the top of the box protect the container from self-opening,
- reinforced bottom provides supplementary protection of devices.
New folding construction of insert has been developed.
One insert with original folding design which is made of fiberboard is used to pack modules.
• The fiberboard with 5-layer construction provides strength of inserts and rugged construction, which keep devices secure.
• One-to-one correspondence between die - cut holes in inserts and device configuration ensures reliable fixing, protects devices from damage during transportation and secures the work areas from occurring of worn spots.
• The box has a perforated space "pockets" in inserts for screws and wires.
• Folding construction of insert makes the package easier to unbox- it only requires lifting the upper layer of insert and retrieving the devices.
New packing is stipulated by GOST (Russian: ГОСТ) 23216-78 for package of electrical devices.
