Proton-Electrotex traditionally will participate in “Power Electronics, Energy and Energy Saving” exhibition, which will take place at Crocus Expo exhibition center in Moscow from 27th till 29th of November. You can visit our booth В07 in pavilion 2, hall 6.
New line of power thyristors with diameter of semiconductor element from 60mm up to 100mm will be displayed during the show. New series of thyristors and diodes in module design will also be displayed at our booth. These modules are designed to be used in railway transportation, uninterrupted power supply systems and high voltage rectifiers.
