Participation in conference «Development prospects of electric power industry and high voltage electrical equipment»

Report «New devices of «Proton-Electrotex» for energy-efficient high voltage power electronics» was presented by the head of R&D center of Proton-Electrotex Alexey M. Surma during XII International Scientific and Technical Conference of "TRAVEK" association, which took place on March 20-21 in Moscow.
A.M. Surma was the first to mention "Converting Equipment" - he revealed the development data of high voltage thyristors and high voltage and current diodes with ultrasoft reverse recovery characteristics.
