Alexey Surma about company expected future development

During the conference of International Association "TRAVEK" head of R&D Center Alexey Surma presented his report "New high power thyristors for high voltage application". News about new products of Proton-Electrotex JSC aimed at operation in high voltage energy converter was accepted by the audience with great interest. As a result it leads to discussion between Alexey Surma and the representatives of Ansaldo and Elektrozavod. At the end of his presentation Alexey Surma unveiled that starting next year Proton-Electrotex JSC will be producing IGBT modules.
