Results of 2023 for Proton-Electrotex JSC
It is a good tradition to sum up the annual results, make predictions and plans for the future on the eve of the New Year holidays. 2023 had a huge number of very different events.
The past year has shown that it is very important for a company to adapt to circumstances, swiftly change work processes, and be flexible. Thanks to hard work, responsibility and good decision making of its employees Proton-Electrotex continued full operation, development and improvement of the product quality.
Proton-Electrotex expands its product line with MOSFET (SiC) modules. A Silicon Carbide (SiC) power module is a power module that uses a Silicon Carbide semiconductor as switches. MOSFET (SiC) module has very low switching losses and therefore allows higher switching frequencies compared to regular silicon devices.

In 2023 Proton-Electrotex took part in international electrotechnical exhibition ExpoElectronica 2023 and NEVA 2023. Company presented a number of new products, including IGBT module MIHA, IGBT module MiHV, MISM and MIXM and the power units based on the semiconductor devices of its own production.
On a separate note our specialists. The R&D engineer A. Vishniakov won the all-Russian competition "Engineer of the Year" in the "Engineering Art of the Young" category. The joint work of our R&D engineers D. Titushkin and K. Stavtsev is recognized as promising in the nomination "Hope of Russia in the field of science and technology."
