It is a good tradition to sum up the annual results, make predictions and plans for the future on the eve of the New Year holidays. 2025 had a huge number of very different events.
The past year has shown that it is very important for a company to adapt to circumstances, swiftly change work processes, and be flexible. Thanks to hard work, responsibility and good decision making of its employees Proton-Electrotex continued full operation, development and improvement of the product quality.
In 2025, we sold more than 200,000 units of products to our customers, both in Russia and abroad.
IGBT modules with voltage 1200-3300V and current from 450 to 3600A developed and manufactured by JSC Proton-Electrotex are included in the Register of Russian Industrial Products in accordance with the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 719.You can find more information about IGBT modules in the IGBT section.
The company launched injection molding of plastics, encompassing a full cycle of technological operations, from design and production of blanks to final processing and serial production.

In 2025 Proton-Electrotex took part in international electrotechnical exhibition ExpoElectronica 2025 in Moscow, Mocroelectronica 2025 in Sochi.
It is very important to improve the qualification of the company's employees. Throughout the year, the company's employees attended different events that allowed them to improve their professional level.
Representatives of Proton-Electrotex took part in the International Academic & Research Conference “Energy and Resource Saving – XXI Century”. The main goals of this event are to develop and promote the latest scientific achievements, technologies and best practices in promotion of energy and resource conservation, digital technologies in the power industry and electrical engineering. 6 scientific papers were presented for the section "Power semiconductor devices and converter technology".
The engineer S. Antonov was awarded the title of "Professional Engineer of Russia", the engineer Savin I. became a winner of the second round of the "Engineer of the Year" competition.
Proton-Electrotex is constantly working to improve the quality of existing products and expand the range of semiconductor devices and power units for various application areas. The quality of manufactured products is annually confirmed by successful completion of external audits for compliance with international standards ISO 9001 and ISO 22163.
We have set ourselves an important goal for 2026: expanding import supplies and working to expand our product line to meet market demand.
