The Development of Teaching Booth for Students of St. Petersburg Polytechnic University
The staff of "Proton-Electrotex" and St. Petersburg State University (the Department of electrical and electronic devices) put over co-developing of teaching booth for students "Production of semiconductor devices of power electronics" .
The main aim of the construction of the booth is to present visual teaching methods regarding basis of semiconductors development (with terminal parameters 6500 А, 6000 V) according to the discipline "Semiconductor Electrical Devices". The booth presents detailed operating procedure of production from an ingot of silicon to a final device; current designs of devices and modules; besides it demonstrates the finished samples of products manufactured by "Proton-Electrotex".
The students of the university have an opportunity to be in production training under specialists' guidance with possibility of further employment.
