Proton-Electrotex will participate in ExpoElectronica 2016
Proton-Electrotex is participating in the 19th International exhibition of components, modules and systems “ExpoElectronica”, which will take place March 15-17, 2016.
Our company will present:
- Power blocks packed with high-voltage thyristors for soft starters application
- Medium frequency IGBT modules (75 to 400A; 1200V/1700V)
- Housingless welding diodes with average current up to 12500 A
- Welding diodes in ceramic housing with average current up to 11500 A
We, as well, will present the standard product range - power diodes, thyristors and heatsinks for them.
