Datasheets updated for IGBT modules

Dear visitors of our website, this week we updated the datasheets for IGBT modules. For modules with maximum voltage of 1200 V the datasheets include dependency graphs of key characteristics. For 1700 V modules similar datasheets will be available in the near future.
