NEW THYRISTOR!

In accordance with customers’ demands a new type of phase control thyristor is put into series production. It is thyristor T273-3200-18 with blocking voltage 1800 V.
By means of semiconductor element structure optimization new thyristor has a higher value of average current – 3200 A in comparison with its closest analogue T273-2500-18 and similar thyristors produced by competitors.
Thyristor T273-3200-18 is used in converter for wind-driven power plant.
