Results of ExpoElectronica 2024
From April 16 to 18, Moscow hosted the largest international electronics exhibition in Russia by the number of participants and visitors - ExpoElectronica 2024.
The traditional product line of Proton-Electrotex, new promising developments and power stacks of the company were presented at the exhibition. The visitors of the event had the opportunity to get acquainted with samples of high-power IGBT modules in industrial and transport qualification, a silicon carbide (SiC) power module, power stacks based on their own component base for solar panel inverters and railway transport.
At the technical seminar, сurrent and future projects were presented. A project for the development of power units for fast EHS with the ability to scale power from 30 to 6000 kW and a project for the development of gate drivers for the MIXM housing IGBT modules were presented.
As part of the development of bipolar pressure contact a line of low-temperature devices with improved E2M insulation, expansion of the line of diode modules in A2 housing for a current of 700A and a voltage of 2200V and expansion of the line of diode modules in C1 housing for a current of 400A and a voltage of 2200V was introduced.

Visitors of the exhibition were able to talk to the company's specialists and get detailed information about new products and planned research projects.
