Proton-Electrotex JSC employees became laureates of the All-Russian "Engineer of the Year" competition.
Proton-Electrotex JSC specialists A.A. Ruleva and K. Stavtsev were awarded the title of "Professional Engineer of Russia" at the 16th All-Russian "Engineer of the Year" competition.
The "Engineer of the Year" competition is the country's largest showcase of professional achievements in the engineering field.
The competition is organized by the Russian Union of Scientific and Engineering Public Associations, the International Union of Scientific and Engineering Public Associations, and the Academy of Engineering Sciences named after A. M. Prokhorov and the Interregional Public Foundation for the Promotion of Scientific and Technological Progress.
This year, more than 70,000 candidates from 58 regions of Russia competed for victory in 52 nominations. The awards ceremony took place on February 19, 2026, in Moscow.
The competition was held in two categories:
• "Engineering Art of the Young" — for young professionals under 30;
• "Professional Engineers" — for participants with at least five years of work experience.
Based on the results of the first round of the competition, Proton-Electrotex JSC's new technology engineers, A. Ruleva and K. Stavtsev, were awarded the title of "Professional Engineer of Russia." They were presented with the corresponding certificates and badges.
This significant achievement underscores the high level of the company's engineering school and confirms the competence of Proton-Electrotex JSC's employees in solving complex technical questions.
