The testing department for power semiconductor devices has successfully passed certification at the Center for Standardization and Metrology.
During the certification, the company confirmed that it has the necessary conditions to perform measurements in the field of activity for the production of power semiconductor devices:
- All laboratory specialists have higher education.
- Methods for performing M(VI) measurements comply with GOST requirements
- The laboratory applies measurement techniques set out in interstate standards.
- Test equipment is in good working order and certified
- The company has developed and certified a quality management system
- Safety requirements during observations are fully complied with
The conclusion was drawn up based on the results of the assessment of the measurement status.
