- Description
Provides conversion of direct current into alternating single-phase current of specified amplitude, frequency and phase.
The power unit has the ability to be connected in parallel, is made according to the scheme of a three-phase three-level inverter.
The power unit for the inverter of solar power plants is developed using its own component base: IGBT modules of the MIDA 1200V type.
All power stacks except semiconductor switches can be equipped with snubber circuits, resistive dividers, drivers, current, voltage and temperature sensors. Proton-Electrotex can design and assemble power stacks customized per individual inquiry.
