- Description
DT13-3.0-24-E-1 is a single-channel thyristor driver designed to drive power thyristors with rated currents from 125 to 5000 A and voltage class up to 1800 V.
Insulation test voltage 3.0 kV AC for 1 minute. Galvanic isolation is provided by a transformer. Afterburner pulse amplitude 3 A. Rate of current rise 2 A/μs.
The driver can be operated in a wide temperature range from -40 to +55°C.
The driver has a compact size of 54x32x26 mm thanks to its well thought-out design. Compatible with thyristors in disc, stud and modular housings.
The driver is protected against short input pulses.
The driver can be installed in two ways: by through-hole soldering or by mounting in a board socket.
