- Description
DF443-630 is a fast recovery diode in disc design. It has a repetitive peak reverse voltage VRRM of 1000-1800 V and low static losses. Mean forward current IFAV is 630А. Industry standard design enables easy installation into existing equipment. Maximal junction temperature Tjmax is 125 °C. Diameter of the contact surface is 34 mm.
Fast recovery (high frequency) diodes are used in static energy converters and other AC and DC circuits for frequencies of 2000 Hz or more, as well as various power units requiring low reverse recovery time trr and low recovery charge Qrr. A special feature of such diodes is their high current-carrying capacity at high frequencies.
