JSC “Proton‑Electrotex” will take part in the Microelectronics 2026 Forum
JSC “Proton‑Electrotex” will present at the 13th Russian Forum “Microelectronics 2026”, which will be held from 27 September to 3 October 2026 at the Sirius University of Science and Technology.
The Microelectronics Forum is Russia’s leading cross‑industry platform for discussing the development strategy of the radio‑electronic industry. This year, the number of participants is expected to grow by 10 %, and the number of companies represented will reach approximately 800.
As part of the forum, an exhibition is traditionally held, where companies showcase their developments and specialists can directly discuss cooperation opportunities.
The business programme of the event includes a scientific conference divided into thematic sections. Alexander Stavtsev, Technical Director of JSC “Proton‑Electrotex”, will speak at Section No. 4 “Technologies and Components of Micro‑ and Nanoelectronics” with the presentation “Reliability of Soldered Power Semiconductor Devices: Degradation Mechanisms, Methodology of Life Testing, and Design and Technological Ways to Increase Service Life”.
The presentation will address current industry challenges, approaches to assessing the service life of devices under laboratory and real‑world conditions, as well as engineering solutions to extend product lifespan.
Participation in the forum allows Proton‑Electrotex to present the results of its own research in the field of power semiconductor electronics to the industry community. The exchange of experience with colleagues from companies, research centres, and universities helps to identify new engineering solutions and shape industry development trends.
For Russia, the forum is of strategic importance: discussing component reliability issues directly contributes to building a competitive domestic component base, which is critical for the energy sector, industrial equipment, transport infrastructure, and other key industries.
