Transport IGBT modules are specifically designed for operation under harsh conditions and meet enhanced requirements for reliability and vibration resistance — this is critical for applications in rolling stock and heavy machinery.
IGBT modules with 4500V and 6500V voltage ratings are offered in specialized housings — MIHV (width: 140 mm; length: 190 mm) and MISV (width: 140 mm; length: 130 mm) — optimized for transport applications. They ensure stable operation under significant current loads and high voltages.
The products are certified in accordance with Russian Government Decree No. 719, which confirms their status as domestically manufactured products and enables the use of the modules in projects with localization requirements. This is particularly relevant for government and infrastructure programs, where the use of Russian‑made components is a priority.
